1:1 Coaching Options
Each plan is designed to suit the different needs of individuals as they pursue their personal aspirations.
The goal is to help individuals prepare for the next steps on their journey. To understand what motivates and hinders progress, moving through blocks, ideas and decisions that no longer serve. These plans are designed to better suit individual schedules and needs.
Individual Coaching Sessions - Helps the client that has been moving towards a desired goal and progress is slower than reasonably expected. They experience some resistance or trepidation in planning and making the next moves. These sessions help the client identify and dissolve negative emotions, limiting beliefs and decisions around their action steps and goal.
3 Month Coaching - You have thought about making change(s) in your life and still not sure where to begin. The client is guided and supported through the process of getting clear on their goal(s), creating the path to get there and moving through the steps.
Self- Paced Course – For the client that wants to go deeper and commit themselves to more and better self-care. Learn and practice practical methods to achieve alignment and fulfillment now. Video, Audio and prompted journaling for personal self-discovery and "A-ha" moments. Guided techniques to reduce stress, overwhelm and elevate positive emotions. This course is online for those who want to work at their own pace as their schedule and time permits.
Breakthrough Day – For the client seeking a meaningful shift in an area of their lives quickly. The client will align their vision with their highest values to create lasting change.

Breakthrough Day
A Breakthrough Day is a personalized eight-hour session focused on reinventing or refining a specific area of your life. Through this experience, you’ll undergo a significant shift in understanding or perspective, driven by moments of self-realization or newfound clarity and motivation. During this time together, I will be your guide as you find clarity and awareness in order to move forward with your life and develop a renewed sense of confidence, courage, and purpose.
