Shipping Policy
At Ranch Life Metal Art, we take pride in our shipping process to ensure your metal art arrives safely and on time. We carefully package each order and work with reliable carriers to protect your pieces during transit.
For smaller items weighing under 10 lbs and measuring under 20 inches in length, we ship via USPS Ground. Larger or heavier items are shipped using UPS to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom orders require additional time and are generally completed within 4–8 weeks after design approval.
For orders over $100, we offer a special discount as a thank you for your support.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Custom-designed pieces are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you. However, we are committed to working with our customers to ensure a positive outcome and overall satisfaction.
